EUMETNET, the network of European National Meteorological and Hydrological Services, has launched an External Data User Survey to better understand how organisations outside its membership access, use and value EUMETNET data (for example the PEP725 data), products and services.
The survey is intended for external data users, including private-sector users, public authorities, research organisations, NGOs and others who make use of EUMETNET outputs.
The results will help EUMETNET improve its understanding of user needs, identify opportunities for future service improvement, and support the development of a regular Data User Forum.
